North Summit Fire District Elevates ISO Rating to 5/5X, Reflecting Enhanced Fire Protection Services


 

North Summit Fire District is proud to announce a significant milestone in its mission to provide exceptional fire protection and emergency services to the community. Following a rigorous evaluation process by the Insurance Services Office (ISO), the District has been elevated from its previous rating of 6/6X to an impressive 5/5X rating.


 

This upgraded rating underscores North Summit Fire District's unwavering commitment to enhancing public safety and protecting property within our jurisdiction. ISO's evaluation considers various factors, including fire department capabilities, emergency communications, water supply systems, and community risk reduction efforts. Achieving a 5/5X rating is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our firefighters, staff, and community partners.


 

Fire Chief Ben Nielson, expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in this achievement, stating, "This upgraded ISO rating reflects the tireless dedication of our team and the investments we've made in equipment, training, and infrastructure.
